Real Estate Litigation

PFT seeks an experienced real estate litigator to join our team. The attorney will represent commercial property and business owners in eminent domain/condemnation matters, owners and developers in zoning/land use disputes, and/or clients with general real estate litigation needs. Candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant and direct litigation experience; strong research, writing, communication and organizational skills; ability to work on multiple cases; and desire to participate in a team-based environment.
