Partners Doug Dillard and Julie Sellers successfully challenged the rezoning of a client’s property before the Gwinnett County Superior Court in Roberts v. Gwinnett County. The Court found the zoning was unconstitutional, null and void. On October 9th, the Fulton County Daily Report featured the victory in “Judge Calls Foul on Rezoning Around Gwinnett Braves Ballpark,” highlighting the Court’s ruling.
