Charles Pursley and Angela Robinson win again in Dillard Land Investments, LLC case

Partner Charles Pursley and Associate Angela Robinson achieved another victory against Fulton County in the condemnation case, Fulton County v. Dillard Land Investments, LLC, this time in state court. Following the Georgia Supreme Court’s unanimous decision in favor of Dillard Land, Fulton County filed various motions to set aside, vacate and otherwise avoid paying compensation, which the state court denied and issued a judgment requiring the nearly $5.2 million in compensation be paid into court.
