Third Commercial Real Estate Law Firm in Georgia Recognized by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council
Pursley Friese Torgrimson, the Atlanta-based law firm that represents commercial real estate and business clients in transactions and litigation, today announced earning national certification as a women’s business enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). The commercial real estate law firm is the third Georgia law firm dedicated to real estate that WBENC has recognized as women-owned and women-managed.
“This designation is an important distinction for our law firm as well as our clients who are committed to supplier diversity in outsourced professional services,” says Stephanie Friese, founding and co-managing partner of Pursley Friese Torgrimson.
WBENC’s national standard of certification is a rigorous process that has included in-depth review of Pursley Friese Torgrimson’s law firm structure and business operations including a site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm that the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.
“Our WBENC certification adds to our professional affiliations and includes Pursley Friese Torgrimson in a diverse, national network of subject-matter expertise available to support businesses with commercial real estate legal matters,” says Christian Torgrimson, founding and co-managing partner of Pursley Friese Torgrimson.
By including women-owned businesses among their vendors, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier/vendor diversity programs.
