Angie ULI Leadership Class 1As a member of ULI’s leadership class, Angela Robinson recently attended a Design and Construction tour downtown.  The group had the opportunity to tour the NCAA College Football Hall of Fame as well as the Georgia Dome.  The Hall of Fame is still under construction, which explains Angela’s stylish hard hat, safety googles, and vest.

Partner Charles Pursley Speaks before the Georgia Supreme Court

Supreme Court JusticesThe Supreme Court of Georgia heard oral argument from Partner Charles Pursley Monday morning in a condemnation matter involving Fulton County. Mr. Pursley’s argument addressed the County’s improper abandonment of a condemnation based on an award of compensation by a special master. The presentation highlighted Mr. Pursley’s extensive 30+ years of experience in representing both condemnees and condemnors in all condemnation procedures, including the special master, and declaration of taking methods. Other arguments on the Court’s docket included the Warren Hill “death penalty” case and a class action lawsuit.
