NominationsCall for Nominations is open for the 40th Annual Atlanta Urban Design Commission’s “2017 Awards of Excellence” & 1st Annual “Community Design Award”

 

PFT is excited to help spread the word about the call for nominations from the Atlanta Urban Design Commission (UDC) and the City of Atlanta for the Awards of Excellence and Community Design Award. Consider nominating people and/or projects for the:

  • Awards of Excellence (nominate by March 6).The Awards of Excellence honors projects, programs, individuals and organizations that have significantly contributed toward the enhancement of the City of Atlanta’s built environment, the preservation of our physical heritage, and the sympathetic balance between the old and the new.
  • (New) Community Design Award (nominate by March 1). The inaugural Community Design Award honors buildings, public spaces, events, art, organizations, etc. that make our community a better place to live.

 

Nominations are free and open to everyone in Atlanta.

We’re also proud to have a member of our zoning/land use team, PFT Partner Julie Sellers, to serve as the attorney appointed to the UDC. Through thoughtful design, innovative approach and real estate expertise, our clients continue to shape the landscape of Atlanta.
