FOLFPAs a member of the ULI Center for Leadership Class of 2016, Partner Lou Papera and several other members of the class recently worked on a mini-technical assistance program (mTAP) with the Friends of Little Five Points Park organization to review and address a land use issue in the Little Five Points community. The effort involved a formal presentation to Friends of Little Five Points Park at the Horizon Theatre on May 3 on the future of Findley Plaza and the surrounding area. The organization, which focuses on transforming public spaces in Little Five Points, expects to take the findings and recommendations prepared by the mTAP group to City Councilman Kwanza Hall for consideration.
